These services will be provided primarily by Dr. Jane Xu, a well-being researcher and personal well-being coach for over three decades.
Holding a PhD in Behavioral Sciences, and Master’s degrees in Public Health and in Physiology, Dr. Xu has deep understandings of both human physical- and human emotional-health and well-being, as well as the interactions of our different aspects of lives and well-being. Her work in well-being research and practices is well-recognized, having been cited by hundreds of researchers and professionals in this and related fields.
Besides well-being coaching on an individual basis, for decades she has also worked in multiple nonprofit efforts either founded by herself or collaborating with other organizations, such as A Helping Hand for the Healing Souls, Positive Psychology In Action, the Holistic Well-being Studio, and Building Happiness with Dr. Jane, through which she has helped many people, including vulnerable or disadvantaged groups, in overcoming personal difficulties and building well-being and happiness.
